This month we feature young entrepreneur, 11 year-old Alex Edge from Caterham who is a member of the Scouts, a Junior member of staff at Skaterham and an Associate Member of Caterham Round Table. See page 13 to see a photo of Alex manning his toy stall at the Caterham Festival Street Party on Sunday 3rd June. Birthplace: Redhill, Surrey. Family: Maria Perfect (mum) & Simon Edge (dad) Hobbies: Scouts, Tae Kwon Do and Skaterham. Pets: Katie my dog, AJ my fish and Rudolph my hamster. Favourite hero: Theo Walcott and Bear Grylls. Favourite Food & Drink: King prawns and apple and mango J2O. Likes: Cars, football, cooking, art, cricket, camping and gliding. Dislikes: Homework, cleaning my bedroom and going to bed. Favourite TV show: Top Gear and The Apprentice. Favourite books: Diary of a Wimpy Kid. Favourite holiday destination: Spain and America. Biggest influence on your life: My mum and dad and Lord Alan Sugar. Who would you most like to throw a custard pie at? The people that have bullied me. Proudest moment: Starting my own business, achieving every badge available in Beavers and Cubs and being made a junior member of staff at Skaterham. Most embarrassing moment: When I was on stage doing a performance and I waved at my friend in the audience and everyone laughed. Where would you most like to live? Puerto Banus or Miami.
