Caterham Round Table are holding their Build a Guy competition again this year and as well as inviting individual entries, the members are introducing another category for all Caterham District Scout and Guide groups and any CR3 based community groups such as Skaterham, the Caterham Pumas and Street youth club.

Round Table member, Clive Wilson said: "The aim is the winning group will have to come up with something quite special, for example a 10' tall Guy!"

Entrants will need to take their Guys to the Dene Field next to the Caterham Dene Hospital in Caterham-onthe- Hill by midday on Saturday 6th November, the day of the firework display where an impartial judge will choose the winners. The prizes for the winning individual entries are first prize ¡ê50; second prize ¡ê25 and third prize ¡ê10. The prizes for the winning youth group entries are first prize ¡ê250; second prize ¡ê50 and third prize ¡ê25. All entrants will receive free tickets to the display.
